Royal Guard of Genos
Structure
This elite force of the best of the best within Genos they are led by a Captain of The Royal Guard who answers directly to the Monarch. Commands from the Captain are carried out by Officers, usually the pinnacle examples of either a particular skill set or one of the founding races, who lead squads that are led by Sergeants.

Assets
The Royal Guard draws funding directly from the King and as such have an effectively infinite budget. All members are required to supply their own standard equipment as well, and as the members of the guard often hail from well off families, this allows surplus funding to go to magical arms, stablery, a small fleet, and any other equipment they require.
History
The guard was founded shortly after the assassination of Queen Brylnan to protect Genos and its monarchy from internal threats, but was later expanded to also protect against foes abroad.
