Aside from the Regent decreeing what happens within the borders of the nation very little exists in titled authority here. Most of the Wood Elves simply follow the "Natural Order" and enforce that amount themselves.

History
The history of this ancient land goes back to the elven schism though their own records are off limits to any non-elves. Until recently has taken the neutral stance on every affair tehy could, though they now act as a second home for many of the refugees from the Carthagian conquest of High Elven territory.

Military
The Green Knights are the only official military force in Koheno. Consisting of highly trained volunteers who specialize in ranged combat. Much of the remainder of the military comes from partisans and the Green Woods itself.
