Mars Colony
Mars Colony consists primarily of 5 domed cities, and 3 domed farms, connected by tubes between the cities that has a hyperloop system connecting them.
The 5 domed cities are each quite large. The smallest dome has a population of 823,000 people. The largest, located in Syria Planum, is over 70km across, and is the newest city, being built only 150 years ago.
The Cities
Syria Planum
Syria Planum is the largest, and most recently completed dome on Mars. The dome has a diameter of 76.4 km and has a height of 1.6km a the highest part of the dome. It has a total population of 19.84 million people. Near the centre of the city is several very tall office buildings, surrounded by lots of other businesses in this part of town. Working out from the centre of the city is the residential and shopping area is all mixed together. The outer edge has lots of warehouses, and factories. Around the outer edge of the dome is 76 landing pads. Some are designed to be fully enclosed by closing the area and pressurizing after the ship lands. Though most dock using extending ramps that connect to the ships airlock. The enclosed landing pads or reserved for specific types of ships that are easier to load when they can open large areas to the environment.Sinai Planum
On the northern edge of Sinai Planum is the first settlement built on Mars. Being the smallest dome, it has expanded over the centuries. It started off at only half the size it is now before being upgraded and retrofit. Primarily, this dome houses miners that work various mines along the Valles Marineris canyon. Besides the miners residence, the dome houses shops and restaurants. There's also warehouses, and manufacturing facilitates. The spacedock here is a series of smaller domes that allow ships to come in and get loaded with ores quickly.Solis Dorsa

Government
A massive reform of the government happened in 286 when the citizens united in a peaceful protest against the government council system that Earth had forced on them. They managed to get a 0% turnout among the citizend for the election. With the only votes being the council members voting for themselves, it ended up in a perfect tie.
This resulted in the Earth Unified Government council taking over governing duties while a new system for the planet was created. The larger corporations with head offices on Mars, and Mars born CEOs lead the way. Surprisingly not only doing this for themselves. They used their resources to poll every citizen to help build the new system of government.
Tensions between Mars and Earth have been very high ever since.
Infrastructure
Primarily, Mars consists of 5 domed cities, and three domed farms, connected by a maglev hyperloop system. Within each city is a mix of maglev shared transportation system, and roadways to get around in the city.
Cars can not be taken from one city to the next, so people that travel between cities rarely bother with a vehicle. This means traffic rarely gets congested, even in Syria Planum.
Assets
Mars is now a thriving planet with several businesses in the domed cities. However, the first dome built, at the northern part of Thaumasia Planum, just below the southern edge of Coprates Chasma, still stands, and now is primarily used as a mining town.
Mars has rich deposits of Magnesium, Aluminium, Titanium, Iron, and Chromium which funded much of it's early growth. Now the massive cities have corporations of several different types.
Tourism
The Robot Fighting League CEO is a Mars born human. Her father founded the company on Mars and has it headquartered here. Fans of the sport often flock here for the live performances in the largest of the fighting arenas that they offer.
Beyond that, there is not a lot of tourism on Mars, though there are tour buses that will take people into the plains of Syria Planum and show people the sites.
