History
At first sight Raphael was intrigued by the seemingly intelligent orc and looked forward to having a party member with the physical attributes of Zog to accompany them on their future journeys. During their uninvited appearance at the Chepstow royal ball, where both Zog and Raphael were required to work together to escape a deadly situation involving a powerful Magical Binder going by the name of Lady Nova Seren, this life threatening experience brought both the party members closer together in order to avoid what seemed like certain death.

Relationship Reasoning
Raphael believes that Zog is an integral piece to the chess board that is their parties structure, playing the piece of the pawn, brute strength and a go forward attitude, leading Raphael to believe he has the potential to be an unstoppable force of destruction. Although the pawn is at first seen as a lesser piece, the possibility of evolution towards the end of the board gives Raphael the hope that Zog can become a tool of versatility, not held back by the constraints of limited options in battle. Raphael can be a mysterious party member who Zog is a bit suspicions of. However Zog trusts Rafael and knows there is no malicious intent behind these suspicions, also after he continues efforts to further their relationship for example the brave involvement with Zog at the Chepstow ball. Zog truly values Rafael's friendship and hopes to further explore and better know each other.
