Ahktar Helson
This Tiefling man is rather plain in appearance and demeanor, his most noteworthy features being the large horns on his head, which is pretty standard for a tiefling, frankly. He's also got fiery orange hair and eyes, as well as a pair of pointed ears, but otherwise looks human. He wears business casual attire fit for a representative of a Guild of Krakonia , and greets everyone with his best client-friendly smile, showing the small fangs within his teeth.
Ahktar Helson is an associate of The Diplomats Guild of Krakonia(DGK) , working in the Department of Dawn Recovery (DDR) for Krakonia City , although he has been known to work in other departments in quite a few different guilds as well as part of his duties as a Substitute for General Guild Representation.
His main role is to work in the DDR, helping victims of The Effects of the Dawn find their way in their new home, despite how strange it may seem. Because duties of this nature fluctuate depending on the sporadic nature of The Dawn, he often has time to spare, allowing him to act as a Substitute for General Guild Representation simply to pass the time and get paid a little more. This role essentially treats him as a temporary representative whenever any of the guilds of Krakonia within the city are short-staffed. He has a particular fondness for working with The Adventurers Guild of Krakonia(AGK) since the clients there, by far, have the best personalities, making paperwork far less dreary to deal with.
Ahktar does his best to maintain a neutral personality befitting of a professional, but anyone who gets to know him beyond the scope of his work quickly finds that he is always hungry for entertainment, it's just that what he finds entertaining would likely be considered quite the opposite to the layman. He is a natural organizer, and as such, paperwork is easy for him. He can easily fill out piles of papers without even paying attention half the time, letting his mind wander, or starting a conversation with a client, just to keep himself entertained. This tendency to multitask has caused him to make a few minor mistakes in his paperwork, which has led to some people believing that he's dyslexic, which frankly might be true, but it's never really affected his work somehow. He's gotten the occasional scolding from the higher ups, but they excuse his minor mistakes due to his efficient work ethic and charismatic, professional attitude while he's on the clock. His bosses just have to be a little extra careful when proofreading his work.
Ahktar technically made his first appearance very briefly in the prologue session, where he helped fill out some paperwork for Sister Miraya while substituting for a behest manager at the AGK. She called him out on his dyslexia, which he ignored.
