The Moon Elves primarily reside in Haruna, but like many elves, some travel to live at the sun elf party capital Sora instead, and embrace the more carefree side of life.

Shadow Stealth

While in dim light or darkness, moon elves can take the Hide action as a bonus action.

Blessings of Knowledge

You become proficient in your choice of two of the following skills: Arcana, History, Nature or Religion. Your proficiency bonus is doubled for any ability check you make that uses either of those skills.

Fey Ancestry

You have advantage on saving throws against being charmed, and magic can't put you to sleep.

Trance

Elves don't need to sleep. Instead, they meditate deeply, remaining semiconscious, for 4 hours. While meditating, you can dream after a fashion; such dreams are actually mental exercises that have become reflexive through years of practice. After resting in this way, you gain the same benefit that a human does from 8 hours of sleep.

Innate Magic

You know the minor illusion cantrip. Once you reach 3^rd level, you can cast the clear thought spell once with this trait, and you regain the ability to do so when you finish a long rest. Intelligence is your spellcasting ability for these spells.
