Brownie Speech
Also known as: Silver tongue, Power Word, True Speech, Vilkret
The Rider was tossed to the ground by that Vestige, its ichor coated talons dripping with his blood. The white skin along its torso rotting in the midmorning sun, hot breath coming in great heaves from the multitude of bullet holes. Odeza meanwhile was desperately trying to teleport the Rider back to the others, fearing the Miasma would soon begin to infect the Fae man while his Rebreather was damaged in that swipe.
All the while Gjorn was forced to watch from the sidelines as his entourage of Guards refused to let him intervene, calling him a danger. In a way he understood, after all he was told, that monster was inflicted with the same curse he was born with. That everyone on the Great Tree was born with. A changeling, a mutant, a monster, though the amount of caution that these Soldiers gave it made Gjorn think that they still saw this thing as one of their own. Something that would bring them pain if they put it down.
A simple phrase left his lips, the next moment Gjorn swung his broadsword up and parried a lethal blow away from the fallen Rider. The beast, its face looked like the Fae he had been seeing in The Elsewhere, though much of its form still bore that cruel methodology these "Shadows" had used it for. It was a living tool of war, incapable of death until its job was finished, or it was mechanically too broken to continue. Mind notwithstanding, these cared very little for the individual's they cast this purpose on. It froze, looking down at him before speaking. "You, you... like me?"
Gjorn pulled in his force and focused into his voice like Alnya had shown him. "Aye, Sister. I am, pull back, do not return." Though his voice was soft, tinted with a sorrow he thought he might be beginning to understand from the Children.
Its claws began to shake, it tried to turn and leave, entire frame shuddering as two forces worked against each other in its mind. "Can't. They won't let me. Screaming, in head. Kill them. Why does it not tell me to kill you?"
"I am like you." Gjorn whispered pouring more power into his voice, walking up to the creature, axe still poised ready to defend. "You look tired Sister, why not sleep?"
"Tired, I am." It rasped out, crashing to its knees. "Child, Shadow Child. Will you sleep too?"
The Dwarf with the voice of the Makers, tried to sound reassuring. Hoping that the influence he was holding over it would be just strong enough to override that command in its mind. "I will, rest now, Sister. Alnya is waiting for you to come home." He said as he pulled the hammer back on a blunderbuss, pressing it softly to the creature's head.
It smiled, a tension easing from its shoulders. "I miss, Mother Alnya" The world went quiet as the hammer fell.
Effect
When one uses this magic it is the same source as one of the Four original gods of the Universe. Vilorlith was known for the way she spoke, it was enrapturing, captivating and enthralling. Speaking as if singing her words, always a tune or tempo to follow, the vast majority of those who listened to her found a great joy when speaking with her or any of her children: The Brownies. This is a somewhat learned ability, though only herself and her children were given the same level of influence on the world itself.
When a Brownie spoke, anything's attention snapped to them. Their voice alone is able to calm or enrage depending on intent. Their voices are able to change Causality to a limited degree around them, able to influence decisions and choice. They would seldom use this ability maliciously, usually using it to help or calm down stressful situations with others. As their voice would not affect another Brownie, but would affect anything else. They adamantly refused to use their birth-given power in any way that would go against what Vilorlith wanted. She wanted growth, she wanted peace, she wanted a family.
Manifestation
Many often find themselves being affected differently, but a tell tale giveaway is that when one uses this force, there is a constant pull on one's attention to a single individual. Their voice does not change, they sound the same as they would have in a normal speaking voice, though the amount of influence pouring off a vast sea of power does. It can be remarkably difficult to tell when a Brownie is using this ability, they were all taught at an extremely young age to control it with absolute authority. Vilorlith wanted no one thinking the Brownies were manipulating the world around them through deceit.

Modern Setting:
This is a Birth Given trait gifted from Vilorlith to her children, she granted them all the same level of access to her own Divine voice. The Brownies as a species are extinct, Vilorlith fell near the end of the War with the Shadows. Cut down by Shadow: Wrath, calling himself , while The Quartet is uncertain, they never found her body.
However, there is one species that has this ability to this day, a species that bears an uncanny resemblance to the Brownies of old: the Goblins of the Skullbrood Clan. When they speak, anyone or anything that hears their voice has their attention snap to them. The only other being to possess this ability is Gjorn Fourth king of Dwarves.
Gjorn gets more and more interesting. Such an intriguing power in this speech too; I'm reminded of the Bene Gesserit 'Voice' in Dune, one of my favorite elements, though I love how in your case, it's literally like speaking with the voice of gods.
That's a pretty good comparison! Though I didn't know what that was until I looked it up. There are a lot of similarities! Gjorn is a big player in the world, he tends to see things for what they are and not by how others feel. I'm glad you're still enjoying everything!
