Wilder

Savage tribesmen and barbarians living in The Wilds, often unknowing members of The Analogic Civilizations.   Because of their diet and semi-nomad way of life, they sport some noticeable differences from the sedentary Antes peoples: Height often goes from 1.8 to a whooping 2.7 meters in extreme cases, giving way to tales of mounstrous giants (or "nephilim" to the Albor), and they are extremely strong. This is because megafauna native to The Wilds easily provides over 15000 calories per day. Additionally, their larger brain volume makes them extremely smart in their own way, and evidence suggests even brings with it some mild telepathic abilities. Wilders are reported to live for up to 120 years if conditions allow it.   Perhaps the most impressive thing about wilders is their memory. They can remember every plant and its qualities, every animal that ever set foot on the earth, and everything that ever happened to them, or even to one of their ancestors. However, this incredible memory comes with a price:   They lack the capacity to think forward.   Since they can remember the way they always did things, their brains cannot concieve the thought of deviating from that path. Change is a concept difficult to grasp, and is often just dismissed as a bad thing outright when they do.

Culture

Major language groups and dialects

Much like Antes peoples, they speak a variety of old world languages. Wilders, however, because due to differences in their diet their upper and lower teeth are aligned instead of on an overbite, seem to have trouble with labiodental sounds such as "f" and "v", which their dialects often do not include. Their dialects do include, however, quite complex systems of hand gestures that accompany simple words to modify or add to their meaning.

Average technological level

Generally not very high, but some individual tribes hold their surprises. Woodworking and stone tools are commonplace, with some instances of stone buildings and monuments, and simple scavenged metal tools or weapons. Archery is a staple for hunting, which they do extensively as they don't keep cattle or tend to crops.

Common Taboos

As it happens with most Old World Humans, digital technology of any kind is considered evil, and destroyed inmediately.
