While each settlement counts with at least some form of conscripted militia for defense and law enforcement, the Analogic Rebel Uprising is in charge of dealing with the threat of the Digital Conclave. It consists of several cells of volunteer members, organized out of a secret underground base, and with its own leadership structure. It responds to nobody else.
