Some citizens of the Analogic Civs. decide the abuse of the Conclave is no longer to be tolerated, and organize in order to take the fight to them. They call themselves rebels, but in reality their modus operandi makes them more comparable to terrorists. Not to mention the government they are fighting is not their own.
