Ranthe Reikhoul the Younger is the daughter of the former Keeper and head of the Reikhoul Family, Neites Reikhoul. She was named for her late grandmother, who is sometimes distinguished as Ranthe the Elder.
Following her mother's suspicious death, with her being too young to take up the mantle herself, Ishtuhepa Ti’sinh is acting as not only her guardian but as Keeper-Reagent. Ranthe is now also the last surviving member of the Reikhoul blood-family.
