High Lady Ishtuhepa Ti'sinh is the current Keeper representing the Reikhoul Family in the Keeping of Keismeb; although not part of the Reikhoul blood-family, she was incredibly close to Neites Reikhoul prior to her death -- indeed, they were rumored to be lovers -- and has since taken guardianship of Nietes' young daughter, Ranthe.
