Iubrach Roor (Ee-YOU-BRACH ROOR)

Provisioner

Iubrach is a former Provisioner of the Itoqir of Korzhûn, though he mostly lived and operated out of Ocalin. After becoming friends with fellow Burning Crown churchgoer Kaavius Springfist, he was responsible for recommending him to his then-superior (Yenthalo Lity) and beginning his formal training as a provisioner. Kaavius succeeded him as Lity's right-hand man when he became overwhelmed by Sirvul’s Withering, which he had been living with for some time.
Iubrach is also the nephew of Veplesea Roor, his mother's sister.
