Sprout

A military extension of CarBar and regulator of the CarBar Sea, Sprout has become locally famous for its underwater military units. The entire peninsula is territory of this camp, so unauthorized passage will usually result in death or imprisonment.

Defences

Their defenses are primarily water-based, since they are the regulators of most anyone who desires entrance to CarBar. War mages line the shore, using a spell known as Radiance to scan for potential threats while the physically adept patrol the beaches.
