Tiefling

" In my travels across the many kingdoms and empires of the world, I have seen many terrible things befall those who were wholly undeserved of it. I have seen whole magic schools burned to cinders, and their students and professors paraded through the streets like captured soldiers from a war, by the same paranoid mob that they swore to protect and enlighten. I have seen tribes of nomads neared to extinction by the progression of ambitious empires, and I have seen the persecution and annihilation of peoples within a kingdom on the grounds of paranoia and fear. But of all these tragedies their is one race that is perused and villainized above all others, and they are the Tieflings."   Tieflings, the offspring of cursed bloodlines who made demonic pacts with ruinous powers, and vile masters unknown centuries before. They are infernal hybridization made real, they are born from human bloodlines, cursed with infernal heritage from a bargain made centuries before by a member of their ancient blood, as a result they are cursed with an appearance akin to that of their demonic counterparts. They have no homeland of their own, and tend to sequester together in small minorities at the fringes of Human cities and towns.
