Chapter 2: Into The West

Last we left off you all returned to Valepost, you went about your lives, checked up on some old leads and contacts that you had within the city and largely enjoyed the festival that has recently encased the city with life. You all found respite within the Golden Goblet, the tavern where your journey began roughly two months ago, in this fine establish that smelt of fine ale and baked goods you found yourselves mingling and talking with a new group of adventurers and mercenaries that your old friend Lik Firegut had met in his time away from the party. After introductions were underway you had a chance run in with a mysterious group of thugs, choice words were had and an altercation ensued, after the mostly bloodless brawl concluded you dragged the largely unconscious bodies of the thugs outside the tavern and interrogated one of them. The young man revealed little, only that the leader of their company is a being named the Saint of Blades and that she is an automaton like 4th of 8. Additionally, the man revealed that those who destroyed Bjorn's boat and killed his crew are no longer in the Dusk Raiders and have formed their own splinter group. After you killed the man, you searched his belongings and found a letter with instructions on it, saying to meet at the western willow tree outside the town at midnight on the night of the festival close.

Plot points/Scenes

Part 1: The Close of The Festival

The party will have two days' worth of down time, within those days we can do the Sutha encounters, begin the journey of Bjorn and talk of what he will be getting into. The party can also go to the Satanic Panic

Part 2: Saint Andros Passage

You find and meet the members of the Dusk Raiders at the Old Willow just on the western outskirts of town, you successfully pose as an allied mercenary group looking to join up with the raiders in their journey back to their camp. The Journey west to the Jabari Plains is a long one, it will take you at least three weeks to reach the edge of Toran territory, which is marked by Saint Andro's Passage, a small mountain range on the western edge of Toran land it acts as a small natural border for the Toraland Empire and Stelar-Etoile and travelling through the pass is one of the only ways to move into the western Jabari Plains from the confines of the empire.

Part 3: The Jabari Plains

After three long weeks of navigating through the long and winding paths that wrap around the high cliff peaks of Saint Andro's Passage you finally come to the last overlook and behold before you the great Jabari Plains. A near endless swathe of rolling hills and grass fields of emerald, just a few miles beyond the woodlands of the foothills of the passage you see the flowing River Kyner the largest river in the east, whose tributaries feed the whole of the Toraland Empire and Stelar-Etoile. Just beyond the Kyner at the very edge of the wood line of Saint Andros Field is a small fishing town, a small collection of thatch roofed houses surrounding a central temple, from your overlook you can see several pillars of smoke emanating from the town, small and thin streams of chimney smoke that notifies you of the life that must dwell within that settlement. At this point your guide Felucia will inform you that the name of the town is Naho Aethel, it is a human and elven settlement that is protected by both the Toraland Empire and Stelar Etoile and was created some 60 years ago through a peace treaty between the two kingdoms (The true reason was to keep a watch over the local Druidic Circle who had broken away from the gaze of both kingdoms). The town is currently lead by a Priest of the name of Father Roland, a kind, elderly soul who is the last surviving human founder of the settlement. This town is the last place of reprieve for the party before they begin the four-week journey through the great eastern hills of the Cassian Escape to the very center of High Evlen culture in the world.

Part 4: Alran Aethel

A city like no other that you have ever seen or shall see again, marbled walls and thin spires climb into the cerulean sky above as they reflect the brilliant radiance of the sun like a glistening star upon an emerald sky. The city is built atop a collection of hills with the largest at its center, giving the city the appearance of a massive tree trunk with the many districts and regions being quartered off by a series of canals that all flow down from their center points at the tops of these hills.   The shining jewel of the Grand Duchy of Stelar-Etoile, a glinting star that shines with the light of the sun. The city sits atop three high hills that overlook the endless emerald hills of the Cassian Escape, from the tips of these three hills the city spreads out in great rings like a massive tree trunk.
