Road Halflings
Halflings found in Successor Kingdoms are often itinerant, and live their lives out of road wagons that travel the realms.
More permanent settlements can be found in The Storm Coast, Western Grasslands, and sometimes The Lakecountry. Halflings cycle between these locations with the seasons, or as their whims dictate.
Some travel in family groups, though larger convoys are common. These caravans are often welcomed by passing settlements, lending a celebratory faire like atmosphere to towns they visit. Many of the halflings make a living as traders or entertainers. More "upstanding" people will sometimes turn up their noses at these festivals. This is because incidents of crime and debauchery can increase when Road Halflings come to town.
Halflings were native to the continent before Ruvian settlement, though they often use the common Ruvian tongue.
