The Darklight Aliance
On a remote Sphere orbiting a harsh and harmful Ultraviolet Node an odd assortment of Dark Elves, Dwarves and Gnomes have an unlikely subterranean society called the Darklight Alliance. These races are happy to make trade with others and while some venture beyond their home Sphere most stay in the depths of their home-world where the light of the Nodes cannot harm them as they have developed an extreme light sensitivity. Very little is known of these Xenophobic peoples as only a handful at a time every leave their home sphere, and so far they have never let any outsider access to their home. While Elves, Gnomes and Dwarves have been seen among their numbers there are hints that more of the Races may be among their people. They offer only art and the written arts for trade, jealousy keeping any unique resources to themselves, however they have displayed a level of technology and mastery of magic to put them on par with most of the Etherium. So far while they appear happy to engage in minor trade and diplomatic talks, they seem content to keep to their own.
Structure
The Darklight Alliance, has never sent a member of their Royal Family away from their homesphere, claiming it far to great a risk to send them out into the light of the Etherium. So far only Official Representatives, Ambassadors and the odd Merchant has ever been seen outside their Subterranean Home.

Other than the fact that around the same time as The Second Interspherical War, a diplomatic ship of strange design appeared at the Peace Accords with a official delegation from the previously unheard of Darklight Alliance showed up. All they asked for was a seat at the table and to join as signers of the Armistice of Goodwill. Since then only a handful of official delegates and ambassadors have made contact, accepting the occasional merchant with the most exotict wares in tow.
