Aarakocra
Aarakocra enjoy peace and solitude. Most of them have little interest in dealing with other peoples and less interest in spending time on the ground. If given the choice Aarakocra would spend their entire lives in the skies of Nanzanope, contemplating the state of the Etherium and those who inhabit it. The Aarakocra are masterfull diplomats and philosophers who have assisted in the creation of treaties, agreements, constracts and other official doccumentation for the many races and organizations of the Etherium. Their most respected mediators were instrumental in the advocation and creation of The Armastice of Good Will at the Peace Accords of 3026.
Today people travel from all across the Etherium to petition their Monk Philosophers with questions of logic, morality and mystery.
Naming Traditions
Unisex names
An aarakocra of either gender may have one of these short nick names: Aera, Aial, Aur, Deekek, Errk, Heehk, Ikki, Kleeck, Oorr, Ouss, Quaf, Quierk, Salleek, Urreek, or Zeed.
Other names
As with much of their native speech, Aarakocra names include clicks, trills, and whistles to the point that other peoples have a difficult time pronouncing them. Typically, a name has two to four syllables with the sounds acting as connectors. When interacting with other races, Aarakocra may use nicknames gained from people they meet or shortened forms of their full names.
