Centurion
Centurions are the last survivors of the human kingdom of Centuria, which befell a cataclysm thousands of years ago. Centuria's population vanished and the remaining wildlife mutated into blasphemous creatures. Only the knights of that kingdom remained, though they were curesed with a painful skin disease that can be suppressed only by wearing their ceremonial armour. Some hold out hope for rebuilding Centuria, but others no longer concern themselves with their homeland, hoping to forget the horrors they witnessed.
Cursed Ones
Centuria was a kingdom with a diverse human population, and the knights who protected the land likewise had a varying backgrounds. Now cursed, centurions are unable to remove their armour, and their blighted skin appears diseased. Each wears a personalised set of mithral armour, forged uniquely with a design commissioned by the knight.Mithral Mercenaries
A small number of centurions remain in and around Centuria, but most have found new lives abroad in the centuries following its destruction. Their mithral armour, experience, and liminality makes them valuable as mercenaries, assassins, and bounty hunters. Those who take such assignments might work freelance or join one of the many factions of the world. They will never cross another centurion, one of the last tenets of their ancient code. Some centurions reenter Centuria on a quest to purge their former kingdom of evil, though any who do so never return.

As a Centurion you have these special traits.
Armor Integration. With 8 hours of work, your armour can be integrated with your body, so you can't take it off without 4 hours of work. Integrated heavy armour does not reduce your speed, and it imposes no disadvantage on Dexterity (Stealth) checks. You can sleep in integrated armour.
Centurion Armour. You are immune to poison damage and the poisoned and disease conditions, additionally you have resistance to force and psychic damage.
Resourceful. You gain heroic inspiration whenever you finish a long rest.
Skillful. You gain proficiency in one skill of your choice.
Versatile. You gain an Origin feat of your choice.
Languages. You know Common and two languages of your choice.
