At the helm is Sarathis Yareen, Curator of the Bureau of Civic Relics and Elder Scholar of the Discipline of Dust, an elf noble known for her sophistication and passion for preserving history. The Bureau is patrolled by Guards of the Bureau of Civic Relics who are employed and managed by the Order of Sekhrem-Ra.
