He and his guard, beside Durin VII Orcsbane, held the pass leading to Romenlonde against a humanoid horde, while the last of the Elvish and Dwarven people boarded their ships to flee to Kementari. He was last seen wielding his sword after his spells had all been cast and his bow broken.
