Tobias Golkin
Tobias Golkin was the Provost of the Free Union of Magical Scholars between 1st Pruth 3105 APC and 5th Tivith, 3113 APC.
He opposed the use of Synaptic Unbinding Potion and specifically the production of it. Golkin was killed in 3113 APC, by a group of dissenting mages who wished to being SUP into the FUMS, in an incident known as Golkin's Last Stand.
After Golkin's death, SUP production began in the Free Union of Magical Scholars.
