Voltbend
The town of Voltbend stands on a bend on the Greystream River on the continent of Tinturbean. It is currently a member of the Congress of Concerned Citizens.
History
Voltbend was originally a garrison town, founded by the Old Pale Empire after the end of the Tinturbean Insurrection to project the military authority of the Empire at a time when it was deeply unpopular across the continent.
