The Wet Katabatic Flow

The Wet Katabatic Flow is a remote region of the Galactic Compact defined by its relationship to the "Wet" spiral arm of the galaxy. It shares a geometric symmetry with the Dry Katabatic Flow but the two zones are far apart and culturally they have almost nothing in common.
