The Dry Katabatic Flow

The Dry Katabatic Flow is a region of the contemporary Galactic Compact defined by its relationship to the leading edge of the so called "Dry" arm of the galaxy. It is distant from Earth and does not have many connections with the species that are most commonly seen within the Stained Worlds.
