Quarowl First
Quarowl First was a murky quasi-political organisation which operated in the city of Quarowl between 3308 APC and 3387 APC.
History
Quarowl First, began as a legal human political party within the Baronial Moot which claimed to defend the rights of native humans of Magicians' End against the Owlblood migrants who now lived there. The Moot had not long chosen its first Owlblood Arch Baron, Flavius von Skrald, and this became a focus for discontent with certain districts of the city.
Over the course of the next eighty years, Quarowl First became ever less respectible, condoning and instigating violence and transforming into a dangerous racist and terrorist faction which was proscribed in 3338 APC, not long before the formation of the Purple Party.
It was thought for a long time that it had been driven to extinction but in reality there were fanatics who kept the structures of their secret cabal in place. Quarowl First, aided and abetted by cladistine links with the Purple Party, would emerge to play a key role in the Ruffling of the Feathers. At the conclusion of the failed coup, however, the members of the group were hunted down by the Quarowl High Guard, and Quarowl First was finally broken forever.
