Nywellema
Nywellema is the castellan of Shaldarenen. She was the second daughter of queen Akasuki Ellethra and her consort Rodion Sokireski, which at the time would have made her second in line to the throne behind her older sister, Bronwyn Glathkind. Queen Akasuki died giving birth to Nywellema, a tragedy which is more common amongst the fey than it is in most modern mortal realms.
It is quite likely that Tellamiss is her half sister, since most fey think they share the same father but no one can say for certain.

Nywellema has been the castellan of Shaldarenen since the reign of Bronwyn Glathkind, who charged her sister (when she became old enough) with the responsiblity of restoring the fading glory of the palace which had fallen into a state of delapidation. She did such an excellent job that she has been retained in the role by all succeeding kings and queens.
