Lathkelle was the consort of the former disgraced King of the Fey, Telberon. She is the mother of Jassindra. Lathkelle now suffers from the Fade which means that she is no longer immortal. She lives at the House of Clear Winds on the Way of Frozen Blossoms at the western edge of Tân y Gwanwyn.
