Far Greys
The Far Greys are a political party that operates in the town of Greystow. The movement was founded by Johanus Grey in 1654 APC to act as an organised opposition to the group of aristocratic mine owners known as the Deep Greys.
Johanus Grey was a nephew of Garald Grey, the founder of the Deep Greys. He sought to gain influence for traders and ship owners, offering broader support for a wider range of mercantile interests in the local politics of Greystow.
Culture
The Far Greys, broadly speaking, have usually espoused a more progressive and libertarian philosophical approach to government than their older rivals, the Deep Greys, but in the course of their very long history there have been many exceptions.
