Territorial Governances

The Delta Space is comprised of nine separate territories, each with its own independence from the other. These territories are called Territorial Governances. Within each is a diverse range of species, cultures, and planets. Along with numerous corporations plying their various trades within and in between each territory. Many of these areas work together in shaky harmony of sorts, but just as many dislike each other greatly and have warred and fought over territory for hundreds of years.
