The Fendalian Great Vale

The Great Vale is the area between the Domart and Gynardan Mountains. The eastern part of The Great Vale is under control of the Kingdom of Rasfadal and the western part of the Kingdom of Burbry.
The entirety of the Great Vale was once part of the Duchy of the same name. In recent history this duchy was split in two as two dukes claimed ownership. The eastern duchy became part of the Kingdom of Rasfadal and the western part became part of the Kingdom of Burbry.
Both kingdoms have claimed ownership over the vale for decades. This dispute became the primary cause for the decade long conflict known as the War in the West.
