Part 2 of Newbie Night at the Ragnarok fight club. Eugenia makes a bargain, Dee gets a sandwich of sorts, Mora makes good on a promise, and Francis opens up to Emma. Meanwhile Kit and Kat sneak out for a magical night.

Kit left a very overwhelmed Erika Ikeda Ikeda to process the conversation, while they ponder another calamity and a dark fate for Kat.
The rest of the crew is at Tooth And Nail in East Side for the Ragnorok fight club newbie night.
Yuri Volkov won the first fight and is ready for the final.
Lukas has a Dorian Grey Polaroid. Hundreds of pics line one wall with all the previous fighters.
Mora has offered Natasha social asylum from her uncle, Anton Volkov senior.
Francis is still looking for Amy to fill the missing spot and wondering why his crew suddenly appeared at his club.
Dee is eavesdropping on the gangster vampires with her set of scarab beetles while looking for her stupid brother.
Eugenia's entrance was grand, but now sets her sights on winning the Volkov vote.
Vampires and Sandwich Shops
The Volkovs are very invested in their fighter tonight and have made a significant amount of money off the last fight.
Dee overhears Anton senior tell Anton jr to tell Natasha she needs to come back over to the family.
He then turns to bodyguard and says “Make sure our guest is comfortable.”
Dee uses the bathroom stall to door jump across the street to a Subway sandwich shop across the street.
She sees the bodyguard come out and walk over to the Volkov vehicle. She confirms her brother is stuffed in the trunk.
Anton Jr goes over and orders Natasha back to their table. Natasha refuses, immaturely.
Mora backs up Natasha and Convinces Anton Jr to leave. He says he'll be watching and she's leaving with them.
Anton senior admonishes his son and points out Eugenia. He decides to take matters into his own hands and invites Eugenia to speak on neutral ground. They meet at the bar.
Anton is surprised to see Excalibur here. He flashes his vampire fangs and asks what got her through the door.
Eugenia evades his questions with pizzaz and discusses the upcoming vote.
Anton drones about what "must be done" but Eugenia counters with ”there's always another option.” They agree to talk more.
Dee does some parking lot Investigating to see if the car is being guarded.
A nervous, fidgety teenager excites the club. Dee pretends to be drunk, drops her keys, then goes to get a footlong.
Dee makes a friend while she spies on the teen outside.
She sees the nervous, fidgety teenager letting another teen sneak in the back door. Dee texts Mora this info.
Before Mora can pass the info along to Francis, Carmen is inches from her face. “You’re dead, aren't you? That’s rad...”
Mora doesn't see the newcomers but keep an eye out for the teens. She does notice one is missing.
Lost Boy
Kit takes the drinks back to Katuri Ikeda's bedroom. “Hermes Flight” is the name of Kat's favorite energy drink.
Kat is explaining Lava Zombies from his Chinese Fantasy show now. What happened to the cute bunnies?
Kit is still processing their conversation with Erika and stares out the window. Something moves outside and they follow a scrambling sound.
Kit Sneaks Around the roof and needs to get by Aunt Gemma's window. She's getting undressed and peers out the window. They narrowly escape.
Kit whispers "Lost boy..." One shadow pulls away from the rest and creeps toward Kit.
Kit calls "Toma?" The child-like shadow laughs silently, runs into the other shadows and disappears.
Gemma is half out the window in her bra, looking intently for mischief makers.
Kit goes back to Katuri's room and tells him they think Toma Ikeda is on the roof. Kat saw his half naked aunt and is scarred.
Kat shouts loudly to his brother who responds from inside. Kit is still concerned about someone on the roof.
Kit isn't deterred and decides to go outside to check it out.
Erika is no longer in the kitchen, there’s a light on in Dr Mori-Ikeda's office and Toma is in the den.
They go out the side door to the patio and Investigate.
Kit sees 3 shadows. With Katuri clinging behind, Kit uses the pool net and whacks all 3 with no success.
The sliding door slams and locks. Toma is inside laughing at them and making faces.
Weirdo in a trench coat vs Sam
Francis needs a fighter, doesn’t consider Eugenia or Mora because he reasons "it just wouldn’t be fair."
Sam "very good boy" is created using tables. "Wild, cooperative, powerful, refute a falsehood, leader."
He's the alpha, werewollf , himbo from the Bluemoon Coffee Shop. And it's totally vampires vs werewolves.
Francis promises a month's supply of wings if Sam fights. Sam is a very good boy and agrees.
Trench coat guy introduces himself as Hiram.
The Dorian Grey Polaroid backfires on Lukas and is temporarily blinded.
Francis amplifies his voice and intros the fighters. Fight begins, Sam grows claws while Weirdo's eyes glow red.
Francis heads upstairs to look for eyewash for Lukas.
The Subway Adventure
Dee orders a vegetarian sandwich "Leave off everything but the jalapeños" pauses "and provolone."
Subway employee is streaming the The Black Report . It's the Immortal Woman episode.
Dee walks directly to the Volkov car, she Sneaks Around and opens it with no problem.
She finds Reynaud in the truck, as suspected, tied up with a red scarf stuffed in his mouth.
He can’t walk because of dick-punching.
She considers disguising him with Tiamat's mask, but decides against it. Dee decides she doesn't like to share.
Dee sends a group text "Did anyone not ride a f*cking motorcycle tonight?"
She calls Gio and asks him to pick her and her terrible brother up because he got punched in the dick by vampires?
She brings Reynaud back over to Subway proclaiming he's her third twin. She orders a cup of ice and it dumps down his pants.
Francis finds Emma
Good boy Sam is not doing so good. He tore the trench coat and giant moth wings emerge.
Francis goes into his office, someone is there. He invokes Huge.
Emma and Aaron are in his office looking for the bear beer bottle.
Francis tells Aaron to leave. He runs right through Francis and out the door.
Emma promised someone she’d get it for them and she's trying to prove something.
It's a stupid antique that someone thinks it’s worth a lot, and someone else thinks it’s funny to keep it away from them. It's a prank, she tells him.
Francis tells Emma that she needs to get control over her "sparkly fingers" and he offers to show her.
He tells her about the fights for "people like us"
He agrees and brings her down to see the fights.
Another Challenger?
Dee is spamming the group text, making fun of her brother.
Weirdo without a trench coat (Mothman/Hiram) wins the fight by mentally dominating Sam.
Camera photo works on Sam but doesn’t work to heal Mothmans injuries and he cannot fight.
Anton senior claims his fighter wins but Eugenia steps up as the next challenger.
She makes a wager with Anton. If she wins he will support her with the vote.
Mora group texts "I think Eugenia is about to fight."
Eugenia is wearing leather pants, leather coat and a tank top. She shrugs it off and heads to the ring.
Dee is eager to see fight so leaves Reynaud in Subway until Geo arrives.
Red Pill or Blue Pill
Kit tells Katuri to not give Toma attention and go for walk instead and lets Kat vent.
Kat feels his family has huge expectations on him but none on Toma.
Kit asks about his change in lifestyle. He went to Medowbrook Preparatory Academy. He didn't fit in. He parents gave him a fresh start at PS 192.
Kat says he wants to be a writer, but PS 192 excels at STEM and Leadership.
Dad ( Dr Hiroto Mori-Ikeda) didn’t come home night of wedding, not the first time, they’re over it. Back to normal.
When he turns 18 he wants to MOVE OUT.
Kit uses Matrix metaphor, to see if Kat wants to see mythos and magic or just be normal.
Kat says if he could take a pill and not be "worried, anxious or scared or thinking i'm... hearing things. I think I'd take that pill." and that he’d rather just live a normal life.
Kit offers to show Kat the "red pill" and convinces Kat to follow them on a big adventure.
This moment challenges Kit's mystery of ARE THESE ILLUSIONS OR DECEPTIONS? Need to decide what effect this has on Kit and Kitsune.
Kit uses Convince to persuade Kat to go on an adventure tonight.
Of course, I can take an Old Lady
Francis and Emma go downstairs and see that Eugenia Excalibur is next to fight??
Lukas asks for the eyewash Francis forgot but tells him about Emma and her emerging abilities.
Francis gives Eugenia some fighting advice "You saw his fight. Learn from what you saw there. Left ankle is weak and left shoulder drops when he swings." Story Tag of Inside Advice +1
Mora advises Natasha that this is the time to get out of here without being noticed. When Natasha says she has nowhere to go Mora suggests she call Maria for help.
Dee rushes over to see Eugenia fight and takes her seat by Mora again. They place some bets on Eugenia.
Francis takes their pics and starts the fight.
Eugenia Changes the Game to turn Excalibur into a "holy" Papal staff, with a good reach. +2 Holy +1 Reach
Yuri Whispers "I think you should drop your weapon" to cause a Face Danger with mind control against Eugenia. The attempt fails completely and is ridiculous.
Eugenia Goes Toe to Toe against Yuri. She hits him with the holy power of her staff and completely destroys his foot.
She uses the staff to block his attempt to hit back. She knocks him aside with no difficulty.
She takes a swing at his dumb vampire head, "Holy b*tch slap" and Hits With All She's Got.
Eugenia winds up and smacks his b*tch-*ss vampire head with the end of her staff. He staggers to his knees while she uses his own momentum to knock him onto his back, plants the staff in the middle of his chest, point the heal of her boot on his throat, and asks "Do you yield?"
Eugenia Excalibur feels the thrill of the dynastic weapon in her hand, her enemy at her feet, and the ethereal crown shines on her head for the whole room to see.
Eugenia gets an Attention to Dynastic Weapon Theme.
Eugenia is the first to come out of a fight completely unscathed. Regardless, her picture goes up on the wall with the others.
Yuri Volkov screams in pain as his foot slowly regenerates with the help of the photo.
Carmen watches in fascination as his veins and arteries twist and soak into the muscles.
Anton Senior tells her "I don’t like Sarah but I will stand by the bet. House Volkov will cast our vote as you deem appropriate."
Volkovs drop a large chunk of cash to pay out their losses.
Anton Jr is furious with Mora about Natasha disappearance. Hie threat is weak and Mora brushes it off like dust.
Dee checks in with Geo who reports Reynaud is very quiet. He will now have a life long unrequited love for Geo.
Geo agrees to take her brother to hospital.
I will help you learn control
Francis has real talk time with Emma. He offers to train her and teach her how to control her power.
Emma's safety is more important than how upset Felicity will be with him.
"She doesn't see what we see and in this particular matter, both Lukas and I know better."
Lukas is nodding along in agreement, while facing a pillar. He can't see anything.
Carmen goes to treat Lukas.
Francis says "I know what it’s like to lose control."
Emma agrees to train with her uncle, without her mother's knowledge.
She looks a little guilty since she tried to steal the bear bottle.
Cinematic cut to behind Emma’s back. Her fingers are crossed.
A magical boardwalk adventure
The reason Kit never joined the the crew for Newbie Night was an adventure.
Meanwhile, Toma is at home going through their things.
The Boardwalk is a very enchanted place where the mist is thin with wonder and amazement. There are swan paddle boats, rides, entertainments, music, and thousands of fairy lights.
Kit uses their powers of hypnotic trance to give Katuri the ability to see the world through Kit's eyes.
Katuri can see so many auras, neon lit outlines, falling cherry blossom petals and fireflies light their way. He starts to recognize other fantastical things at the amusement park.
They find hidden delights, the tail of dragons as they go around corners, rolling skeeball next to the Creature from the Black Lagoon, watch balloons rise up and gobbled by something in the clouds.
The boardwalk closes down so does Kit's enchantment.
As enchantment fades Katuri doesn’t remember anything except that he had a really good time.
They return to the Ikeda Residence, very late.
Neither had their phones. Kat explains what happened but is cut off by a very angry Mama Kat. She orders him to his room.
Katuri gives Kit a goodnight kiss, in front of his mother, and goes upstairs. Kit is smiling warmly as he leaves.
Erika is mad, “This is my family, that is my son,”
Kit says they'll go.
“You’ll know when and if you’re welcome back.”
Kit nods, grabs their backpack (Erika had it at her feet), and leaves without another word.
Geeking out after the Credits
Reynaud is in love with Geo now and forever.
Francis finds out that the Bear bottle is gone. Little f*cker came back and took it.
Francis drives Lukas and Emma home.

Francis convinced Emma to train with him and learn how to control her growing powers.
Kit convinced Katuri that magic can be amazing and wonderful.
