They were used in many different operation throughout the war and were consider vital as it turned the tide in many battles. Of course the casualty rate of Siege Gauntlet users were at high levels due to them being constantly targeted by the enemy and as this technology was in its infancy their were some hazards that came with it such as the force made from the gantlet killing them or if their lucky just losing their arm.
Once the war ended, it was taken of main military use and give to special operations units across the dominions. They are often just used for breaching entrances or creating entrances if the user needs to. These later updated models became more reliable and much safer to the user. It even became more powerful as its was possible to pierce through thick armor that would require armor piercing equipment to penetrate. Making it favorite for operators who prefer to make an entrance for themselves rather then being quite and sneaky. Once enjected into the gauntlet it created an magnetic field that is created by a series of super magnets, some electric coils and high powered energy pressure containers. Once it is activated, the pressure that is built up inside and is combined with the electricity and magnetic field it altered the very atmosphere around that area making certain materials to become weaker and powerful jolt of energy is sent though the gauntlet to increase speed and force to hit the targeted object. Once it does it quickly come apart form the overpowering force.
