Geography
The region is consider that last remains of the old kingdom the survived the god war and has been a land of furtility and breath taking landscape. Centered in the Kingdom of Van Carno much of the land is covered in long field and forest areas that span for mile around. But going farther out into the south it turns to rocky terrain and heads to the Ironback Mountains that border them and the Machine Collective. The region itself is also mostly untouched by modern technology and industry due to the kingdom's policies of anti modernization that would destroy the natural beauty of the land. It is used more agriculture as the lands soil is vastly rich and can produce high quantities of food far larger the chemically processed agriculture.
Settlements
Settlements across the region are often small towns with some cities most of which are built in areas that will not affect the local environment. With many built on areas were soil is not as rich or to rocky to grow crops. As for cites they are often found near rivers and other strategic areas both military and trade to ensure that these areas are protected from those that would see these areas harmed due to profits being made by the resources in the area.Fauna & Flora
Much of the wildlife in the Remnant is made up of large herbivores such as gentle Drogiv and the massive Quaker as they graze on large plains and a large series of mammals the live in the forested areas. Along with some notorious predators such as the stealthy Yuti and the highly venomous Jukodu Beast.
