  A Hollow Wisp is another form of spirit hat has not crossed to the other side just like Wanderers, though not as harmless as their opposites, the Misfit Wisp. They have been unable to retain their consciousness and have become creatures of anger and misery. Often haunting the living and appearing in places where pain and suffering have transpired. Though they cannot harm things in the physical world normal they feed on the negative energy that the living give off to allow themselves to be able to physically touch things and will often cause harm to those near them.

The Hollow Wisp feed off of negative emotions that living things give off. By doing this it get strong the longer it remains that way to the point that it can physically come to into the land of the living for a time. But when something dies it lets out more energy for it to feed on. It has the ability to change it’s size as well from a small glowing skull to an almost fully formed humanoid. Often have a blue glow to them when they reveal themselves to the living as they can become invisible when they want like all spirits. They also have the ability to alter the thoughts of those around by giving them little thoughts

By feeding on negative emotions they become more powerful often just being around beings that give it off or causing it themselves.

Though they have lost higher cognitive thinking, a Hollow Wisp will act on its emotions and tries to cause fear, anger and other negative emotions for it to feed on. Even at times causing these things to happen themselves by causing accidents or getting people lost.
