Foly

Foly is a powerful Nadir mortal from the Norn Petal, and a member of the People of the Maelstrom. First introduced in S9E13: Jailbreak, Foly was freed from the Calamity Prism after Mist encountered the item as an aspect of Bard. He wandered into the jungles of the Ikal Expanse after a quick interaction with the Dream Team, and has not been seen since.

Foly was born three years before Sara No-Name, in a harsh winter that no other younglings were strong enough to survive, and that took many mothers in childbirth — including his own. His patron spirit is said to be a powerful serpent, called by Foly's screams as he emerged from his "mother-egg", and that aligns well with Foly's chosen elements of earth and water.
As a class of one, Foly was often lumped into lessons with the years above and below him, seen as a survivor by his elders and peers, and acting as a big brother to the younger students. He took in Chang Lu after his migration to the village, and years later served as a mentor to Bast during his formative years. He is mentioned by name a single time in the Codex of Whispers, in which the author claims that Foly parted the sea to save Bast from an aquatic Beast of Armageddon.
