Gender Ideals

The Udo early marked for their desire to explore the entirety of the Yirim as best as they were able, turned to the celestial bodies for guidance, in both material and physical things in addition to their spiritual. As part of this long history of seeking truth in the heavens, the Udo have developed a desire to identify themselves with the legends and the ideals they've tied to the sky. Their traditional binary system is divided by those who feel more aligned with the Astar and diurnal concepts, and those who are more sensitive to the ideals of the Selar and nocturnal concepts. This differs from phratries and Udo settlements per Framework, and in varied locations, it has been observed that some Udo choose other celestial bodies outside of the dominant Astar or the rotating Selar(s) depending on the Planar visited. Gender is a concept that isn't easily defined in solid, rigid contexts, and for the Udo that understands that all attunements to the Three Forms or any other Yirimoth concept, all are welcomed. Those that don't, like the Ars, finds their varied desires of experience consistently warped by the expectations borne of their demand for definition.
