Physical Description
General Physical Condition
Very small. Short (even for a Kobold) and thin with ice-blue scales. His eyes are too big for his face and give him an innocent appearance

Personal history
Tingle is infamous in Pinnahear for several reasons. For one, he's quiet, respectful, and warm in a society full of contrite and reserved people. His meek and submissive nature cause him to be disliked and ridiculed. "Can't trust that one," they say, "too nice." There was also that one time with the medicine; they didn't really like that, either.
Tingle's whole family are farmers. His mom, his dad, all three of his brothers, and his baby sister will be, too (once she's old enough to go into the fields). Tingle's weak arms and spindly legs prevented him from doing fieldwork, and one day, after almost passing out in the fields due to exhaustion (Tingle had really only been outside for 30 minutes), his mother suggested that he maybe try alchemy.
Turns out that Tingle wasn't so great at alchemy, either. But he managed to barely pass his classes enough to become a certified, if not ill-prepared, alchemist for the capital of Pinnahear. If the shortage of trained alchemists factored into the decision to pass Tingle through his classes, nobody said anything; they needed the extra hands. Tingle's very brief stint as a "capital O," Official alchemist came to an end after a batch of anti-inflammatory (read: arthritis) potions he brewed caused half of Pinnahear (including Chieftain Idda Bitter Dagger) terrible stomach issues (read: the spins). After an emergency hearing, Tingle was banned by law from ever touching alchemical tools again for the duration of his life.
While being pressed into the service of treating those whom he had made sick (The Bitter Dagger Clan is always short-handed), Tingle was discovered to be in possession of a gentle touch and excellent bedside manner. He was trained (more thoroughly this time) to be a healer, which he is very good at, and is constantly monitored to make sure that he is only ever administering the medicine.
