The Blast

The Blast is the all-encompassing ocean of salt water, oil, and fire that surrounds and isolates the Blasted Isles, comprising three distinct and equally perilous regions: The Boil , The Pyre and The Underboil. The Boil is the churning, oily surface where fire and water collide, marked by the constant threat of a Boil Over. Beyond it lies the Pyre, an impassable expanse of flame and smoke that forms the final edge of the Isles. Below both is the Underboil, the shadowy, oppressive depths, where whispers echo in the dark.
