Phando is the Rank of detective exclusive to Sedibeng.

Their rank matches that of a Tommy Breaker, Captain, and depending on the tree or level, can surpass that of a captain, letting the highest amongst them able to commandeer an entire station.

Their purpose is unique as it is one of the few Breaker ranks whose exclusive purpose is to catch criminals and complete outstanding cases or mysteries, cataloguing enough information to fill a library.

Wealth

This is by no means a poor man's job as it is a duty that both comes with power but most importantly comes with wealth. They are given a monthly, yearly budget based entirely on the cases they can safely close.

Teams

With their budgets, most of that money will be used to assign themselves teams, which they will have control over with little to no oversight. All as long as they complete their duty.
