Harlem Kings
Half hunter watch group, half street gang and spiced with a little bit of hip hop, the Harlem Kings was the group responsible for taking Harlem back from the Night faction. Pulling together students, street hustlers, gangsters, preachers and even a Voodoo Priestess, the Harlem Kings waged war for years and, in the aftermath, cemented their power over Harlem.
They now act as both guardians against future attempts at taking over and as a criminal enterprise. The Harlem Kings considers themselves both as revolutionaries and a charitable organization, paying for the education of neighborhood kids and ensuring that the hungry gets food on cold days. They also, however, deal in weapons and extortion.
