Frederick King

King of Kings

Formerly a professor of philosophy, Frederick King returned to Harlem to protect his turf against the monsters that preyed on his kin. Literally. Uniting gangs, churches and community watchdogs, he formed the Harlem Kings and took the neighborhood back for Mortality.

He now effectively reigns over the area, though he often expresses his disdain for the responsibility and power he has gained, complaining that the city shouldn't need someone like him.
