Peer Brozman

(a.k.a. The Peer)

Peer Brozman is an Eldgach member of the Seekers of the Arcane who serves as their chief quartermaster in the experimental equipment division known as "Sea-branch".
Known colloquially as "The Peer" by his colleagues, Brozman has been in Keymouth since before The Great Pelagic War, and was in fact one of the founding members of the Seekers.
He does not concern himself with politics or active agency, but is fascinated by the development of unusual devices. Amongst the ranks of the Seekers he is known to have developed the collapsible rapier, the shield gauntlet, and the smokescreen pipe, amongst many other useful pieces of equipment for the discerning spy.

Appearance and Mannerisms

The Peer is tall and handsome, with a suave glint in his eyes. His hair is greying and he wears a short beard in the human fashion.
He rarely ventures out of his workplace, his obsession with tinkering and innovative thinking driving on his creation of all kinds of wondrous devices. Brozman normally wears a long white coat.

Notable Achievements

Some say that it was The Peer who was responsible for developing the first firearms and refining Blackpowder into a usable compound.
