Celver Araghith
King of Elves (a.k.a. Tel'Na Akai'ye Cor'Quessir)
King Celver Araghith of the Eldgach is old. Very old.
Even for one of the Elves he is considered an ancient, and in his memories lie untold histories of the world.
He has ruled in Antaros for two centuries, even from the time of the Antarian Federation.
For the last 130 years he has ruled alone, following the death of his wife Amaranthae, with only the Eldature to guide his rule. He has never remarried, and indeed seems unconcerned by matters of the heart, for Celver appears to be driven by a clinical , cold and analytical mind rather than emotion. His great intelligence has lead to many strategic achievements, though some occasionally question the wisdom behind his brilliance.
Celver was present during the Great Schism of the Elves, and though exactly what happened during that time that lead to the disbandment of the elven races is unknown, there are whispers that King Celver played a large part in it.
Despite this, he has lead the Antarian Domain well, and it's people are generally happy. The old King's more extreme policies have been well-managed and blunted by the work of the Eldature.
Celver has no children. His only child, Revalor, died during the war with the Cerulean Empire. He is therefore quite distrustful of the Empire. There are quiet concerns regarding who will become the next king once the already ancient Celver inevitably passes on.
He wears long robes of a pale wheat colour and sports an intricate crown of white, pearlescent crystal that encompasses both his scalp and jaw. The crown is set with pale green gem.
Everything about Celver tells of his great age. He moves slowly and deliberately, and he speaks with a crisp, cold formality.
He was also fundamental to the impending victory of the Antarian Federation during the Great Pelagic War, a victory that was only undone by the unforeseen events of the Schism.

Appearance and Mannerisms
The appearanceof King Celver is a shock to those unaccustomed to his presence. He is short (for an elf), incredibly thin and wiry, and pale and sallow of skin. Celver's age shows in more than just his eyes, which are a pale, piercing sky blue.
