Siren
Basic Information
Anatomy
Born as humans, Sirens retain most of their human features after Shaddai's curse. However, their arms were replaced with great wings and their feet with talons. The once beautiful women were also cursed with a horrid beak in the center of their face.
Genetics and Reproduction
Sirens are incapable of reproducing.
Ecology and Habitats
While capable of surviving elsewhere in The Pit, Sirens have chosen to settle with the Elrean Desert. While the desert is riddled with lightning and violent tornados, the sirens seem unaffected by by either, neither singed by lightning nor tossed aside by wind.

Social Structure
While Sirens rarely interact with one another outside of Lilisian gathering they are a close-knit sisterhood. Should one of their kind be threatened, they will react with deadly force, swarming out of the storm and shredding their prey with practiced precision.
Facial characteristics
While the majority of a Siren's face remains human, each of them was cursed with a bird-like beak in the center of their face, replacing their human nose and mouth. Over their many years in The Pit the Sirens have lost much of their former beauty and their beaks have become withered and jagged.
Geographic Origin and Distribution
Sirens are found only in the Elrean Desert of The Pit.

History
When Shaddai cursed the Nephalim and their watcher fathers to the Pit, his wrath did not end. Still angry, he turned wives the Watchers had taken and blamed them for tempting his angels to sin. He cursed them with great beaks, turned arms to wings, feet to talons, and once beautiful voices to wailing shrieks that pierce the darkest nights.
Abandoned by their husbands and cast into The Pit, the women wandered for decades drawn onward by an unknown pull that promised justice. The women eventually came to the tumultuous Elrean Desert. There the Sirens search eternally for the source of their promised justice and seemingly immune to the storms around them.
Eventually the Sirens would go on to form the Lilisian Sisterhood and founded Elrea, a settlement buried in the heart of the desert.
