The Lilisian Tempest
Structure
Rank and power mean little to the Sirens in light of their goal, yet they have formed an informal hierarchy that has not shifted in thousands of years. Within the Tempest there are three relevent ranks that of Baroness, which belongs solely to Drusilla, Consort, given to her closest council, and that of Lady which is borne by all remaining Sirens. While each Siren is encouraged to speak on group decisions it is the words of Drusilla and her Consorts that carry the most weight.

Divine Origins
Cursed by Shaddai and unable to find the angels they loved the Sirens began to feel an unknown pull. A gentle whisper that promised justice to the betrayed women. Longing for some kind of home the women began a pilgrimage through the Pit for the next four hundred years. Despite great hardship they eventually found the Elrean Desert, but were afraid to proceed in fear of the great storms that broke the sky above them. Yet the whisper promised peace and they pressed on finding not death, but peace within the temepst.
Whisper began, who could protect them from such forces? None of them knew the answer. One night, as they all slept, Drusilla, wife of Semyaza dreamed of a beautiful woman with black hair that cascaded over her naked body and protected her from the elements. She woke speaking the name Lilith. Drusilla knew that Adam's long absent consort had called them here. If only they could find her. The Pit's other residents scoffed, if Lilith were here Belial and Lucifer would have known long ago. Yet Drusilla knew the truth. The other sirens declared she should lead them and gave the the title of Baroness. She reluctantly took up this role only after seeking the counsel of her closest friends, the wives of Semyaza's council, who would then serve as Consorts, her own council.
