Walsh Dam
Walsh's Dam is a hydroelectric dam located in the Walsh Basin, a lowlying region that has been transformed into the Walsh Dam Reservoir. It was constructed between 30PC and 36PC by the People's Republic of Lordania, who established the settlement of Walsh's Gully to house workers and key personnel constructing the dam.
It was built to provide power to the military bases at Robcove, but following the collapse of the People's Republic, and the formation of the Republic of Tersten, the dam now supplies a large amount of power to the entire Lawless Frontier.
History
The Dam was constructed by the People's Republic of Lordania to provide power to several major military bases in the region. It was often a target for the Tersten Resistance during the Great Revolution. The dam was seized in 43PC by the Resistance, who used it as a base of operations to conduct their assault on Robcove.
Following the end of the Revolution, the Dam was repurposed for entirely civilian needs, providing power to much of the Lawless Frontier.
