Walsh Basin
Walsh Basin is a region in the Lawless Frontier. It is a lowlying area, largely filled by the Walsh Dam Reservoir. It borders The Badlands to the east, and The Steps and Tersten Pass to the west.
The Walsh Dam is the most important landmark in the region, creating the reservoir and providing electricity to much of the region. It blocks up the Samheel River on its way to the Samaritan Sea. The town of Walsh's Gully is located to the north-west of the Dam, and is the primary residence of most of the Dam's workers.
The area was heavily built up during the reign of the People's Republic of Lordania, with the Dam being constructed in 30PC. Several farmsteads were flooded by the dam's construction, with many houses lying underneath the reservoir.
