Morai
The Morai peoples are the dominant culture group of the Federal Province of Mora, tracing their ancestry back to the Moore Expedition, and those colonists that travelled with Samuel Moore. They have Martian roots, similar to many Lordanian cultures, largely hailing from the Olympus region of Mars.
They have kept many of their Martian-Olympan traditions, including the celebration of Martian Colonisation Day, and the end of the Ares Conflict. The Morai have adapted to their home amongst the vast forest of the Haywardshire Hills, and remain the oldest culture on the planet.
The Morai have found homes all over Mora, with a large population living on the southern shores of the Amos Sound. The 'heartland' of the Morai is along the banks of the Calopogo River, with the town of Folkton on the coast of the Samaritan Sea being the southernmost Morai settlement on the continent.
